1. Our service

Fairfax Paver Patios is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise or guarantee any construction work. All estimates, contracts, work, warranties and payments are solely between you and the contractor you choose.

2. Independent contractors

Contractors are independently owned and operated businesses, not our employees or agents. We aim to refer contractors who hold an active Virginia contractor license and carry insurance, but you are responsible for verifying a contractor’s license, insurance, references and suitability before hiring. You can verify Virginia licenses on the DPOR license lookup. Virginia law requires a written contract for many home improvement projects. Review it carefully before signing.

3. No obligation

Our service is free for homeowners. Requesting a quote does not obligate you to hire any contractor.

4. Information on the Site

Content on the Site, including cost estimates, the patio cost calculator, guides and permit information, is for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal or engineering advice, and it is not a quote. Prices, rules and requirements change and vary by property. Always confirm details with your contractor and the appropriate government office.

5. Images

Photos on the Site are used for illustration and inspiration and may not show projects completed through our service.

6. Your submissions

You agree to provide accurate information and consent to us sharing your request with a contractor as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that we and the contractor may contact you by phone, text or email about your request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairfax Paver Patios is not liable for any acts, omissions, work, products, delays, damages or disputes arising from any contractor or project, or from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logo and graphics belong to Fairfax Paver Patios or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
