About Fairfax Paver Patios
Fairfax Paver Patios helps homeowners across Fairfax County find licensed, insured paver patio contractors they can trust, without the hassle of calling a dozen companies.
Our story
Why we started Fairfax Paver Patios
Ask any Fairfax County homeowner who has built a patio and you will hear the same story: it took weeks to find a contractor who returned calls, showed up on time and clearly explained the price. Many people never knew whether the crew in their backyard was even licensed.
Fairfax Paver Patios was created to fix that. We are a local referral service focused on one thing, outdoor hardscaping, in one place, Fairfax County, Virginia. We get to know the independent patio installers who work here, check their licensing and insurance, and connect homeowners with the right pro for their project.
Our service is free for homeowners. Participating contractors support the service, which lets us keep quotes free and pressure-free for you.

How we work
A referral service, not a contractor
It is important to us that you know exactly how our service works. Fairfax Paver Patios does not perform construction work. When you request a quote, we pass your project details to an independent, licensed contractor who serves your area. That contractor visits your home, gives you a written estimate and, if you hire them, builds the project under their own contract and license.
In Virginia, contractors who take on home improvement jobs of $1,000 or more must be licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. You can verify any license on the DPOR website.
